What is the normal current consumption of RAK4600?
You can see here: https://bit.ly/2wwGcP0

What is the maximum distance range RAK4600 module? How to increase the distance like 40+ km in an open sight communication?
As with LoRa nodes this depends on the setup, gateway, environment, etc. I would say around 1km in urban and 15km+ in suburban (LoS). I suggest you measure first, might be able to do 40, depending on the hardware. In general you can increase the range by getting a better atenna.

I'm trying to obtain technical documentation for this module (specifically the AT Command definitions, BLE capabilities and usage, and the UART communication settings). When I click the link above to go to the 'website module documentation' at: https://doc.rakwireless.com/rak4600----lora-module, I keep getting redirected to the link: https://doc.rakwireless.com/rak7249----macro-outdoor-gateway. Have the documents (or web links) been moved or broken?
Here is the proper link for the AT commands, together with the rest of the documentation for the RAK4600 EVB: https://doc.rakwireless.com/rak4600-lora---evaluation-board/at-commands-for-rak4600

How many SPI ports are available in RAK4600 LoRa® Module?
There are no SPI interfaces availoable, you can use the following link for reference: https://doc.rakwireless.com/datasheet/rakproducts/pin-definition---rak4600-lora-module

Do you have LoraWan libraries for the nRF52832 and if you do what memory footprint do they take up in the 52832? I am also looking to use the Segger Embedded Studio development environment with these to add in my own code on top of the Lora Stack is this something that is supported.
We do not have such libraries as of now, at least to my knowledge. However, I advise you to post a topic in the forums. Someone there might be able to help: forum.rakwireless.com

Do you have an nrf52840 version of this as I need the larger memory footprint? Do you have a dev kit with this module on board? Do you have lorawan libraries for the nrf52840
You can find the devkit here: https://store.rakwireless.com/products/rak4600-evaluation-board We do not have an nRF52840 version. We do not have LoRaWAN Libraries for the nRF52840 as we have no board with it. Apologies for not being able to help further, perhaps in the future there will be the variation you require.
