Questions and Answers

  • Hi, can I know which IP certification degree corresponds to the product? Thanks.

There is no IP certification. It is meant for indoor use.

  • How the button is configured to get data propagated to Azure IOT HUB ?

We do not have such a tutorial as of now. However, seeing haw azure IoT hub is not a Lora network server or at least not to my knowledge it will be impossible to have one. You need to decide on what network and application server you are going to be using first.

  • It says LoraWAN in description, considering that also can connect to LoRa Gateway, can you confirm ?

LoRa is a physical Layer technology, that allows transmission of data via RF using a specific type of modulation. LoRaWAN is a networking protocol stack. Thus, there are very few LoRa Gateways, most of them are LoRaWAN. I would be very surprised if you have a LoRa Gateway, not a LoRaWAN Gateway. So in theory it is possible however the node adheres to LoRaWAN 1.0.2 specifications, thus you would need a Gateway and a Network server that use the same in order to negotiate and authenticate the note, etc.

  • How many of these buttons can be linked to a single gateway?

Hard to say, it depends on a lot of things however 100+ for sure.
